Boy's pilgrimage
The provisions concerning the boy's
pilgrimage
It is true that the Hajj of the boy is distinguished,
whether it is distinctive or not, because it is proven in Saheeh Muslim from
Ibn Abbas that a woman who was raised to the Prophet (peace and blessings of
Allaah be upon him) was a boy.
But this does not differ from the argument of Islam, and he
needs another argument after puberty to say peace be upon him «Any boy Hajj
then reached the hag, he must make another argument» Narrated by Bayhaqi and
corrected by the Albanian.
The scholars agreed that it is obligatory to make ihraam for
a boy who wants to perform Hajj or 'Umrah like other adults, but they differed
whether the boy is distinctive or not.
If the child is not distinguished, the guardian who takes
care of his affairs and interests, whether father or mother or otherwise, who
intends to deny him, to say for example: intended to introduce this boy in the
Hajj and similar, although distinctive and ordered him and the intention of
Ihram.
And the hair is not sewn, and the nails are trimmed, and so
on, and if it is female, then refrain from wearing the gloves and the niqab.
If a boy commits any of the prohibitions of ihraam that
covers his head, shaves a hair, or prays or something like that, then he does
not have to do anything right.
What is the ruling of a boy who is distinguished from
performing Hajj acts by himself, such as standing in 'Arafah, staying with Mina
and Muzdalifah, traveling and traveling, and what he is unable to do?
"Narrated by Ibn Majah. Ibn al-Mundhir said: All those who memorize it
from the scholars see the shooting from the boy who can not throw, and Ibn Umar
did that.
Because the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon
him) did not order that I asked him about the Hajj of the boy to go around him.
Alone, even if that is obligatory for the Prophet (peace and blessings of
Allaah be upon him).
If the child is forbidden to do Hajj or 'Umrah, then he does
not have to complete the hadeeth according to the correct sayings of the
scholars, because it is not expensive and because he is attached to the people.
Perhaps the guardian thinks that the ihraam is easy for the boy.
